Hi! My nickname is Kukutsapol. You can shorten my nickname to Kuku, Ku, Tsapol etc. I'm a mostly digital artist specializing in dinosaurs. I like playing Path of Titans and The Isle, maybe we even played together : )I work in Krita on a wacom graphics tablet, creating commissioned art from icons to full-body scenes with backgrounds. Ordering Process1. Contact me on Discord: chmonya1715. In your message, you can include:
1.1) number of characters and reference images (price depends on design complexity and interaction);
1.2) desired format: headshot, halfbody, or full-body;
1.3) background: yes/no and level of detail, photos;
1.4) description of the scene, poses, mood — the more precise the brief, the fewer revisions later;
1.5) desired deadline (standard is up to 14 working days, excluding response time; rush orders are discussed separately and may affect the cost).2. After we agree on all details and the final price, you make 50% upfront payment via Boosty or Lava.top.3. I will create a sketch and send it for your approval. Once the sketch is approved, I proceed to the final rendering (color, lighting, details).4. During the process, I will I will show the stages of the drawing. Additional changes that affect the composition will be charged separately.5. After the final version is approved, you pay the remaining 50%, and I deliver the complete file in full resolution without watermark.
TERMS OF SERVICE
SHORT VERSION:
No refunds. This isn't my personal preference — it's a technical limitation: I cannot send money internationally due to current banking restrictions in my country. If I fail to deliver on time, I offer a deadline extension or replacement work instead of a refund.
Personal use with credit allowed. Commercial use and alterations prohibited. FULL TOS:
1. General Provisions
1.1. By placing an order, you fully accept these terms.
1.2. These terms apply to all orders placed via Discord (chmonya1715) and paid through Boosty or Lava.top.2. Ordering Process

3. Payment and Refund Policy
3.1. All payments are made through Boosty.
3.2. The 50% upfront payment is final and non-refundable.
3.3. The remaining 50% paid after final approval is also non-refundable once the file is delivered.
3.4. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:· cancellation by the client after sketch approval;
· change of their mind at any stage;
· delays or issues caused by the client;
· dissatisfaction with the final result if it matches the approved sketch and brief.
3.5. If I am unable to complete the work within the agreed timeframe due to my own fault (illness, technical failure, etc.), I will offer an alternative: extended deadline, a replacement artwork of equal value, or credit toward a future order. A monetary refund is never an option.4. Revisions and Changes
4.1. On the sketch stage: unlimited revisions until approval.
4.2. After sketch approval and during rendering: I will show progress; however, any changes that alter composition, poses, number of characters, or background complexity will be charged additionally at a rate agreed beforehand.
4.3. Once the final version is approved, no further changes are accepted.5. Copyright and Usage Rights
5.1. I retain full copyright to the artwork.
5.2. You receive a non-exclusive license to use the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes (avatars, social media posts, wallpapers) with proper credit to me.
5.3. Commercial use (merchandise, logos, advertising, prints, etc.) is prohibited without a separate written agreement and additional fee.
5.4. You may not alter, crop, recolor, or remove my signature from the artwork. Use for AI training, NFTs, or any blockchain-related projects is strictly forbidden.6. Cancellation by the Client
6.1. Cancellation before agree on all details: no payment is due, order is void.
6.2. Cancellation after the 50% upfront payment is retained in full and not refunded.
6.3. Cancellation after the work is completed: the full price must be paid; the file will not be released until full payment is received.7. Deadlines and Force Majeure
7.1. Standard deadline is up to 14 working days after receiving the upfront payment, excluding time spent on client feedback and approvals.
7.2. Rush orders are subject to separate agreement and surcharge.
7.3. Delays caused by the client (slow responses, excessive revisions) extend the deadline proportionally.
7.4. In case of unforeseen events (illness, technical issues), I will notify you and propose a new deadline or an alternative solution. No refunds will be given.8. Final Provisions
8.1. These terms may only be amended by mutual written agreement.
